We want you to look good in your sunglasses, but if you don’t think so, we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Returns
Do you pay for my return shipping?
If the returned item was damaged, defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, we will gladly reimburse you for the return shipping cost upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the replacement item.
In the case of reimbursement of shipping costs, a postage receipt is required to be sent with the return.
If the returned item was what you ordered, but didn't turn out exactly what you were hoping for, then you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?
Yes. Sunglasses must be unworn with its original packaging (the case and cleaning cloth) and accompanied by proof of payment.
You must also create your return or exchange request within 14 days of purchase.
How can I make a return?

- Step 1: Submit a request by entering your order number. Include the items you want to refund and state the reason.
- Step 2: Our customer support team will get back to you to confirm we received your request. Once your request has been approved, you'll get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- Step 3: Wrap the item securely in its original packaging. If possible, please send your package with tracking service as we're not responsible for lost packages.
- Step 4: You'll receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is issued.
Note: You're responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
How can I get my money back?
All refunds are processed in the currency you paid in.
You can either request refunds to be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by credit card the refund will be made to the same card. Please note a refund back onto a credit card can take between 5-10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
How can I exchange an item?

Exchange is possible only for an item of the same price.
If the item you're exchanging is of less or greater value, you'll be required to pay the difference or we'll refund you the difference.
If the item you're exchanging is not available, you can request a refund to the same credit card.

Faulty products?
We will make sure all products are in best condition before it sends out. Please email us at hello@asociety.com with a photo of your faulty products, and we can check our inventory to advise if we've any replacement available for that style of frame.
